Added Dynamic Search Rules API support to the official Java client, implementing list, get, create/update, and delete operations with integration tests.

Standardized null-body validation across 14 REST endpoints so requests with empty bodies return HTTP 400 instead of HTTP 500, adding 14 tests and lifting server coverage from 81.95% to 88.49%.

Three merged PRs: fixed a NullPointerException in the Switch task when only a defaults branch was configured without cases, using MapUtils.emptyOnNull() with a covering test; eliminated all 40 explicit any type annotations in the ui/src/override directory by replacing them with proper SDK-derived types, uncovering pre-existing masked errors; replaced 12 more explicit any types across five shared Vue components by introducing proper interfaces (PageInfo, PreviewCell, SurveyEventData, PreSerializedPanel) and exporting new types from shared modules.
